Today, at work, they announced that one of our two buildings will be closed by June. It was a sad day at work. Our office won't be such a fun place without those people across the street. Anyway, since we don't go to work for fun, it brings me back to the seriousness of it all.
In the coming months, there is a lot for us to do. Some decisions need to be made and some plans need to be in place for the future. Life never has a dull moment, you see? There is always room for more drama. Being the third job in last three years, I'm actually glad that this time the announcement didn't involve me getting laid off. I'm safe (well, at least for now).
Immediate concerns? I wish Srini finds something soon and something he likes. More later.
